RTV silicone is flexible after sealing and can be maintained for a long time, which is especially suitable for severe thermal cycling conditions. The environmental temperature is -60℃~+200℃ for effective use of RTV silicone sealed module.

Epoxy resin is used for TEM sealing protection in high temperature environment. Although RTV silicone seals already have moisture-proof function, epoxy resin seals can provide better sealing protection under some conditions where the moisture-proof requirements are very strict. The sealing resin of Ferrotec module not only has a strong bonding force with the base plate, but also maintains a good elasticity after curing. The resistivity of this resin is very high within mega-ohm range. The maximum temperature of epoxy sealed module is recommended to be 80 C.
